Trafalgar
Phenomenal! This is the only new pub in Chelsea in 150 years, but it still has the ambiance of an old historical pub. It’s clean, and modern, but quaint and still feels history. I believe it was a converted old bank, so you still have classic architecture.
Now the food. We had Sunday Roast, and it was the amazing. One of the best prepared Sunday Roast beef dishes I’ve had. The potatoes were also top quality. Not the best, but in a high class. The root vegetables were absolutely elite! I had mint sauce too, very fresh and delicious! I don’t eat Yorkshire Pudding, but I’m told it was elite.
The wine selection was great as was the beer.
Service was spot on! The ambiance was fun, and you can watch people leave Chelsea City Hall after getting married. We saw at least 3 couple after marriage. It was cool.
Absolutely recommend this place!
Le Roi de la Gaufre
You can’t get anything like this in America or Dubai, and you can get pretty much anything in Dubai! The waffle is crispy on the outside, but super soft on the inside. The fresh whip cream takes it next level. It’s almost a magical waffle.
The American Bar
This place is great! Yes, I gave it 4 stars, but it’s kind of a must see in London. The atmosphere is really cool, and worth the visit. The drinks are awesome, with innovative cocktails, and impressive wine list. The food is also worth it, and the have gluten free options. The service is pretty slow, and inattentive. The service is actually very frustrating! Not a fan of the service, and they are fortunate I gave them a 3 instead of a 2.
